A pint can emptied into a clear glass liter mug brings a murky copper color to the eyes. It provides a slight head and nice glass lacing. It smells much more like an Imperial IPA than a hazy one. The taste introduction is sweet, malty and a little bit nutty. The finish is a nice transition to hoppy bitterness, more than from most hazies. The 8.7% ABV is noticeable, but within reasonable expectations for an IIPA.

This is by far the best beer Yards has brewed. Deep hazy pour with a really rich orange/tangerine smell. The taste and feel leave you wanting another.

Pours a rich hazy mango, orange juice color with a small head. Smells delicious and definitely favors the orange juice. Maybe pineapple. The taste is the closest I've had to orange juice. It has a slight hint of bitterness on the back end but not objectionable. Other than the bitterness the mouthfeel is medium and smooth. Overall and enjoyable brew that's hits the spot. Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 020202. Git ya some.

Weathered copper orange in color with a viscous unfiltered appearance. Poured with a moderate, off-white foam with medium retention. Fresh pulpy tangerine aromas with medium malt and light fruity notes. Medium bodied with medium light carbonation. Light creamy smooth feel followed by boozy warmth that gets a touch prickly near the end. Fruity orange and citrus tangerine flavors followed by medium hop bitterness. Medium light malt backbone. Citrus flavors on the back end with light malt notes. Finished with notes of fruit, citrus and tangerine rind. Lots of citrus flavor with tempered bitterness a smooth feel, and pleasant booziness.

A - Dark orange with dense off white lacing.
S - Tangerine and orange on the nose with a little bit of candy-like aroma (delicate).
T - Tangerine and orange from start to finish with some green vine-like nuances. Sweet orange citrus up front and ends with a strong and aggressive lingering citrus bitterness.
M - Big thick body that's soft on the backside and carbonated pricklies up front.
O - A solid D-IPA that doesn't break your wallet.

16 oz can poured into an imperial can-shaped glass.
Appearance
Extra-hazy golden orange. 1 finger of loose head. Moderate carbonation.
Nose
Orange, lemon, lime, floral, and pine.
Taste
Orange zest along with lesser notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. Bright, zippy, and floral. Light candy sugar sweetness. Finishes zesty and floral along with notes of potpourri.
Mouthfeel
Medium-plus bodied, crisp, juicy, and off-dry with a medium bitterness.
Overall
Bright, zippy, and zesty. Goes down easy and, thankfully, doesn’t follow the Citra / Mosaic formula.
