Sampled on tap at the brewery on January 7, 2017.
The color of the pour is an orange amber with a long lasting off-white head that leaves lacing.
The aroma has a bready and definitive orange or tangerine character.
Medium and creamy body.
Good orange creamy flavor with a mild and dry finish. They revamped the recipe since it was first released a year earlier.

FIRST!!! Woo-hoo. I felt bad because I wanted to be at this brewery's opening this past weekend, but life (work, home-brewing, and two kids namely) got in the way. Bought at Craft Beer Cellar in Nashua and poured into a regular pint glass at room temperature.
L- Golden with a bone white head that dissipated quickly. (3.5)
S- Interesting. Phenolic, very Belgian-like, banana, chalk, grass mainly. Some sweet malts work their way in towards the end. (3.75)
T- This gets even more interesting! Very sweet malt character, almost pilsner-like, with a strong banana and faint spice up front. Not your typical pale ale, I like it! (4.5)
F- Very carbonated, light, fluffy in the mouth. (4)
O- A strong opening track from a promising new brewery. A different take on a pale ale, even for a Belgian-like one. I am excited to try their IPA, tomorrow perhaps. (4)

Sample at the Hop Talks. Thanks MHP Slightly hazy deep yellow with a bubbly white head. Yeasty earthy light peppery nose. Sweet honey like maltiness. Nice brew.
