From the 650 ml. bottle that was bottled May 2016. Sampled on June 19, 2016.
This has a milky olive-yellow pour under a modest lingering white head. This color is unique.
Sweet milky and crispy rice and grain notes in the aroma. Low to no hop profile. Maybe lemongrass.
Light body.
Same sort of milky and cereal-like taste with a clean slightly fruity finish. This has some unique characteristics but I can't quite figure out whether I like it or not. I will say that I don't dislike it and I may have it again in a flight at the Brewery.

Bottle shared by Jason, Thanks!
Slightly hazy just shy of straw with a small bubbly white head. Light pilsner malt faint cereal grains and a hint of DMS. Very slight metallic in the flavor. Decent beer but needs some tweaks.
