We brewed "We Can Be Heroes" to recognize Liberty, a comfort dog working with the Concord, Police Department. From assisting officers and civilians in the field to providing a calming element for folks reporting violent crimes, Liberty shows us that we can be heroes for MORE than one day. we double Dry hop this beer with Cascade and El Dorado Hops.

A nice DDH NEAPA 5.4%. Pours an attractive hazy yellow with a 2 plus finger head, that leaves wonderful thin streaks of lace, with some solid retention. 4.5
Smell is pineapple, tangerine, papaya, melon, and some grapefruit rind. 4.25.
Taste follows papaya, melon, pineapple, mandarin, and a little hint of grapefruit really well balanced. 4.25
Mouthfeel is about medium, soft gentle carbonation, sticky but not dry, and goes down easy but a good amount of flavor for its ABV. 4.25
Overall this is very nice and with a lower ABV I am very surprised how much I liked it. 4.25
