From a 500 ml. bottle acquired at the brewery on Dec 19, 2020.
The appearance is what you would hope for in a stout withy its dark brown to near black color and lingering tan head.
The aroma is roasted or baked chocolate and sweet dark malts. I do not notice any alcohol.
The mouthfeel is creamy and medium.
The taste is sweet and chocolate-based but the promised Graham crackers show up in the flavor. A warming and kind of strong finish. Booze buried.
