Litherman's Limited Brewing Co. "Keep On Keepin' On"
16 fl. oz. can coded "21E26 HOT PEAS & BUTTER"
$4.75 @ Kunda Beverage, King of Prussia, PA
Notes: Sour ale with tangerines and Riesling grapes.
Look: A lightly hazy straw gold body is capped by a short head of white foam. Good head retention, limited lacing.
Smell: Fruity with tangerine over a delicate malt base.
Taste: It's tart but not really sour, and somewhat thin in flavor with tangerine and a limited bitterness. I'm not finding the Riesling grapes. Nicely balanced and flavored as it is, but still kind of watery. It finishes mainly dry with a midl acidity.
Feel: Light and soft with a delicate acidity and carbonation.
Overall: Light and refreshing with a nice balance and some good tangerine character. Highly quaffable, but keep in mind that it is still 7.2%

Can from the Packie
Pours a lightly hazy light gold in color with a decent sized short lived bubbly white head. Big orange and tangerine nose and flavor with a light grape and tart lemony wrap up.
