This B.A. reviewer always drinks the subject at room, or near room temperature. Cellar temperature being the desired number. This one is reviewed a little warmer than cellar temperature, so it produces a larger head than would be the norm. But it quickly fits into a clear glass Imperial pint mug, poured from a pint can. The aroma is tart and fruity, with a berry emphasis. By the time comes round for actually drinking, there's no glass lacing. You really can't go too far wrong when cherry is an included taste in almost anything. This reddish amber brew may be a little light across the tongue, but it's taste is pronounced enough to make up for that. Very drinkable and tart enough, but not sour, this works great as something to drink, instead of flavored seltzer, but not as a traditional sour.
