2nd Beer in a random tasting evening at my house on 30 May 2013 (only me here).
33cl squatty bottle (BBD of 11/2013) into a Westmalle chalice, sediment and all: looked like a Westmalle Dubbel, it was clear until the last bits flew out the bottle to give the beer a duller, fuller look.
As I studied the art work on the bottle label I sniffed my beer: chilled too much, so hardly any aroma. When the beer warmed a little I got plum loaf maltiness and toffee esters.
The taste is fairly sweet, plum loaf again, but with raisins and dark malty molasses all mixed up within a bowl of yeasty alcohol. I like sweet brews, so this did the trick for me: it'll be too sweet for some, as most Belgian Brunes tend to be.
Body wise and mouthfeel: fine, depth suited the brew and alcohol strength.

Dark chestnut wood color. A lot of a light beige, creamy head, with a beautiful hat.
Malt and caramel in the smell, sweet fruitiness.
At the taste pumpkin, candy sugar, and some liquorice. After a while, the sugary tends to go away, leaving some more balance.
Somewhat more balanced than the others beers of this brewery.
If you can wait, even the smell get better, and you can find better and pleasant notes, less sweet.
Creamy aftertaste, with notes of cappuccino.
Body not too strong.

BB 10-05. Nice head and hazy dark amberbrown beercolor. Nose is very roasty litle caramellic and a bit bread. Some stablenose but overal quiet clean and empty. As taste is, misses maltbody and is quiet roasty. With that litle phenolic and quiet bitter. Mouthfeel is except this missing of body good with nice carbonisation. Drinkable but there are better exaples of this beerstyle.
