Orange in color. A good amount of white head, creamy. Not bad.
Bouillon smell: fruity, light melon, ripe peach, citric. A light floral note in the end. Quite fresh.
At the taste is sweet and frutiy, same notes, in the beginning, with a strong citrus note.
Quite fresh, and even more dry that one can expect after the smell. It tends to tartness, too.
Well, thirst-quenching.
Tart start in the aftertaste, with melon notes in the end.

BBE 10-07. Well lasting white head and a cloudy deep golden beer make fine and tempting presentation. Nose is very fruity and shows loads of koreander with honey and bit of belgium hops. Overal fresh and with good maltarome showing wheat and oat. Taste is full wheat with dry bitter aftertaste. Next to that orange and koreander and very easy drinkable except for dry hanging bitterness in aftertaste that also makes mouthfeel litle less as nose and first taste are fine and very well crafted. Overall IMO another good beer from a fine micro brewery.
