App: Pours from draft into small sampling glass. Deep chestnut brown, almost black with reddish hues. Good head retention.
Aroma: Lots of malt and obvious grainy cereals. Some sweetness and spiciness and good overall malty sweetness, like a Belgian Brown.
Taste: Malty sweetness, some nutty roastiness and cereal grains. Finishes dry with slight bitterness and hop character. Well rounded flavor with high focus on malt profile.
Mouth: Crisp and soft, pretty smooth with very gentle but good carbonation.
Drink: Good. Pretty dry and rainy but overall nice.
