Unknown vintage; drank 10/7/21 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dark brown appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big tan head; frothy lace.
Caramel, acorn, brown sugar & citrus hop notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Milk chocolate, brown sugar, mild caramel & faint acorn.
Too sweet, in my opinion, but drinkable.

This is a basic roasted chocolate porter. Has some coffee, truffle, malt, tobacco, and barley elements too. Decently chewy and roasted but thin. But nothing outside the box, but nothing great either, just extremely average and forgettable.
