Pours a cloudy, semi-opaque dark amber-orange color. Thick two finger sudsy tan head collapses and dissipates leaving just a thin layer of velvety foam on top of the beer. Aroma has notes of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, and some light orange citrus notes. This seems to be based off a cream ale, and that does seem to come through in the nose.
Taste has notes of lactose, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, all interplay overtop of a traditional cream ale. A bit of alcohol burn comes through on the back end. Feel is medium bodied with bright, prickly carbonation.
Overall this is an interesting beer - its pretty effective at conveying what it sets out to do - but personally, I didn't care much for it. I'd prefer to just drink the actual thing.
