Pours a bright blonde/gold hue with no head into my glass. Lightly sweet with clove in nose. Moderately tart with a dash of clove upfront. Similar to an american pale wheat ale in nature, but much lower in alcohol content. Easy to drink but feels like it's missing something that would add more "oomph".

The appearance was a murky to pale sort of yellow color with a cap of a little white foamy head that quickly dissolved. No lace as I expected for the style.
The aroma showcased the normal qualities of a Berliner - the "sour-ed" wheat to apply itself to a nice level sour to sweet citrusy quaint edge.
The flavor had the sour in front with an aptly noted tart to citrusy backbone coming in nicely. Some sour-ness followed into the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was light bodied with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate. Nice crisp sour finish.
Overall, pretty nice Berliner Weisse. I'd have again.
