Pours a hazy blondish-yellow hue with a one-finger head into my glass. Aromas of mango and papaya. Tastes of fresh-squeezed juice, mango-dominant. Finish is drier than normal, yet still retains juiciness of hops. Highly quenchable for something claiming to be dry. Pick some up.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a paper yellow chill haze color with a small white foamy cap dissipating nicely to leave a light film of lace slowly separately into some spider webbing.
The aroma had some hop oily sweetness jumping into some grassiness, bitter citrus rind and sweet pine needles with a botanical to semi-floral backing glossing the backbone.
The flavor meshed finely between the sweet and the bitter, not playing any sides but having that sweet botanical subtlety just making the taste absolutely enjoyable! Light citrusy rind-like aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation and ABV felt as projected. Definitely a dry and bitter finish.
Overall, I haven't had many Brut IPA's to be able to make a style judgement but I'll tell ya something - this is how I want them to be!
