16 oz can pkgd 1/19/26 into a nonic pint glass.
L: Pours a chill hazed orange marmalade color with a 1/4" soft dull white head, steady light carbo, head slowly moves to thick frothy, medium-thick complex full circumference lacing.
S: Orange, caramel, a hint of hard candy as the beer warms.
T: Tangy & tart citrus, orange, apricot, citrus zest, pine resin, caramelized malts that are a bit sweet, it is lightly sharp, hop forward, pale, and is fairly full-flavored. Tastes linger a bit.
F: A light zing then fairly smooth with a medium bodied mouthfeel and a medium length partially dry finish.
O: A delicious bittersweet tasting and refreshing Pale Ale. It is hoppy, slightly sharp, resinous, and with light zest and a slightly dry finish. Again, great flavor. This is a gorgeous single hop American Pale Ale. It is excellent.

16oz can at Crawford's in Sioux Falls. Poured into a pint glass. Date code on bottom lip is '08/27/24'.
Clear, medium gold colored body. Tight bubble off white colored head. Leaves behind diffused lacing.
Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, toasted malt, and a grassy/floral note.
Taste is more expressive than the note, and brings forth flavors of orange, lemon, and a bit of pine. Also has grassy/floral notes. Solid toasted malt base.
Medium mouthfeel. Definite bitterness but measured. Very good carbonation.
Balanced and tasty for style.

I drank a pint on draught in a restaurant in Rapid City, SD. Served in a shaker glass. It has a lovely appearance: a crystal clear, bright, golden-honey color with over a finger cap of fluffy, milk-white foam. The smell is subdued - mostly bready malt with lite citrus and floral hops. Its taste features a solid, slightly sweet malt base balanced by earthy, herbal, hoppy bitterness. While there are notes of lemon peel and grapefruit rind, it isn’t overtly juicy. I like the mouth feel. It is medium-bodied with pleasant carbonation; yet it’s also fairly crisp and very drinkable at 5.8% ABV. Overall, Bruce Banner is an old-school style, and well-brewed, American Pale Ale. I enjoyed it.

Love these poured from a tap in the summer at the American Legion in Pierre, S.D. overlooking the river, might be some of the best days of my life.

Poured into a Nonic.
Pours medium gold, slightly hazed, nice head and lacing.
Mild citrus fruit aromas meld with grassy/earthy hops.
Lightly honeyed malts on the tip of the tongue. Citrus zest and slight pith take over for immediate balance. Soapy/earthy/grassy hops at the finish with just a touch of tingly resin.
Medium light bodied. Slightly creamy yet a bit drying.
A nice APA that approaches the APA/IPA line, but stays decidedly on the APA side of the fence. The hops are more present than the norm, but not aggressively so. Another good brew from these folks.

Clear gold, not much head
Fruity, juicy, fantastic floral elements.
Flavor is juicy and bitter, nice floral and grassy notes, slight mango, strawberry, and grapefruit.
Feel is resiny, semi creamy, moderate carb, prickly finish.
Overall, LostCabin's IPA game is on point. Their SoDank is freaking awesome too. Dunno why they can't get their other beers on target. Don't miss this one.

Had Bruce Banner at Black Hills Burger & Bun Co., Custer, S.D., on draft into pint tumbler.
This more traditional APA is all about the fruitiness and balanced light malt, with there being just enough hop bite to keep you taking the next sip.
