This very drinkable Cream Ale is made with primarily pale malt and a touch of Vienna and warm fermented for a smooth body for a subtle, fruity finish.

A good cream ale is always a treat and this one from Dorchester really hit the spot. It had a beautiful golden color that was fairly transparent and glistened in the light. The aroma was similar to that of bread or dough. The beer thrives in its smooth malty and sweet taste that makes this beer an easy drinking option. A real classic.

A tasty cream ale!
Malty and mild hops, crisp doughy flavors. Medium bodied and still a light, refreshing finish. Well done, seems right on the style.

Excellent for summertime, glad I picked it up!

Straw color with tye faintest of hazes. Modest head with a few streaks for lace.

Slightly sour smell. I also get lots of fresh bread to the nose.

This starts with an almost raw dough flavor. It morphs into a soured blonde ale taste with a good dollop of bittering hops in the swallow. Thin bodied with an average carbonation level. Still, it comes across as chewy.
