Bittered with Chinook hops and fermented with our British yeast strain, this stout has lots of roasted barley, creating it’s deep brown color and smoky, cocoa notes. Don’t fear the summer stout!

This is the nitro version served on tap at the brewery. The beige head lasts throughout the tasting. Some blanketing of the glass. Dark brown color where light does pass through the center of the glass.
Black patent malt start to the smell. More coffee than dark chocolate notes.
Smooth and creamy texture. Fine "carbonation". Excellent mouthfeel. Relatively little flavor until the swallow. The finish is malt-bitter from the burnt grain. Not very coffee or chocolate like, but still very much an Irish Stout.

On nitro at the brewery. Too much of a club feel with loud music and wristbands. Love the beer's creaminess. Just average flavor, lacking additive.
