No head and no lace. The liquid looks like grapefruit juice -- pink and hazy.
Mild and surprisingly earthy to the nose.
The flavor is tart in a mild lip puckering way. I don't get much in the way of (Concord) grapes. It's really more like grapefruit soda with low carbonation. I can see why this might be popular for the adventurous first-time beer enthusiasts.
