Near black color where no light passes through the edge of the glass. Excellent lasting head which leaves a creamy top throughout the tasting.
This beer smells like a Peppermint Patty--Sweet dark chocolate and peppermint candy.
The taste is the smell -- think grasshopper pie or Creme de Menthe with Creme de Cacao. Yep, that's it--good as a dessert. Thinner body with a lower carbonation.
