This New England IPA features and highlights the newest, freshest, and tastiest in Southern Hemisphere hops, through a collab with Yakima Chief and their partnership with growers at New Zealand Hops, Ltd. Terra Nova is heavily hopped and dry-hopped with Nectaron, Rakau, and Motueka, giving it huge aroma and tasting notes of peach, fresh-squeezed OJ, and ripe tropical fruits. It was also fermented with a thiolized yeast, to help bring out and emphasize the unique Southern Hemisphere hop notes.

16 oz can poured into an IPA glass.
Pours a hazy, light and pale orange, with a short, foamy white head, leaving moderate lacing.
Initial aroma is honeydew, citrus, pine, a floral note, and a little clear alcohol.
Initial taste before swallowing is honeydew, caramel, and sweet malt.
After swallowing I get a fizzy lime zest bitterness, followed by a refreshing honeydew kick, which transitions into a strong jasmine note, accordingly astringent, but not at all unpleasant, lasting into the finish, where it's joined by a lime juice note and some dry grassiness.
Overall this one is fantastic! I'm very impressed with how smooth it is in taste, and the feel amplifies the sensation. In addition to smooth, I find the taste very pleasing, it's relatively mild, and I find that helpful here. The flavors blend very well with smooth and mild as well.
I will surely buy this one again!
