Lightly-hazy deep gold, with one finger of white head.
Smell is typical blonde : a bit yeasty, a bit fruity, with hints of fresh bread and spice.
Taste is bread, bread crust, and a vague fruitiness that seems apple-ish, with the barest hint of banana extract. Moderate coriander+black pepper spiciness towards finish.
Feel is medium, initially smooth, with moderate, sharp , carbonation bite , that increases towards the end, becoming almost hot. This lends an impression of slight astringency going down. This probably would be more enjoyable in hot weather, but now is a slight distraction. No apparent dating, so this could be an artifact of young beer. Not sure.
Overall , a pretty good, refreshing beer.
