Hazy dirty gold color. Decent starting head but it recedes quickly to only rim bubbles and leaves no permanent lace on the glass.
The initial smell is of soured grain. What shows up as a secondary aroma.
The taste is a cross between a Helles and a wheat beer. It’s refreshing but doesn’t have any banana or clove. Relatively thin but the carbonation is as expected. There’s a bit of maltose sweetness. Short finish and aftertaste.
