Bottle acquired at Bier cellar in Portland
Poured into a teku glass
Farmhouse tripel with Maine maple syrup
Hazy orange, brewed tea appearance, one finger off white foam cap settles to a dense foam layer, some lacings
Yeasty aroma, whiff of cloves, bananna, maple
Taste of Farmhouse yeasts, bit of cloves , hint of maple
Smooth, low sudsing, can feel the abv
Good beer
