2021, 4 months in rum barrels. 37.5 / 14.9%.
Gold-amber, little foam.
Lots of aromas in the nose, sweet, peaches, pears, apples, caramel.
Strong on rum or grappa flavors, also in a long lasting finish. Some honey and wood as well. Very full bodied. Not as convincing to me as the its wonderful smell.
Somewhat boozy, wine-like qualities. Might need longer ageing.
