Amber with some gold, no foam.
Aroma: orange, citrus, some spices, though there's also some cheese-like smell (not the first time w/ Pilgrim beers) that I cannot fully place.
Flavors: orange, malty, oak.
Dry, smooth. Cognac finish with a bit of bitterness. Somewhat boozy.
