Let's go wild. We decided to tackle the technique of hopping beer during fermentation in a completely innovative way. The vast majority of the hops used - in this case, one type - were used during several stages of beer fermentation. Additionally, we hopped the beer solidly on the whirlpool and cold. Discover a completely unique approach to hopping, based on the biotransformation of hops at several stages of production.

Copenhagen 1/2 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of weird cyborg guy with an even weirder helmet with a bears snout and ears.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patchy transparent layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fermented odor of exotic fruit mingling with a more moderate citric scent. Peach, orange and mango. Light notes of citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
