Appearance: off-white, rather low head, not long lasting but fine bubbled. Virtually opaque, dark copper.
Aroma: Combines hop and malt. It's interresting beacasue hop aromas seams to be in like... berry like? Mayby that comes from esters, but it doesnt seams to be point imo (you can catch something hoppy there, like you would smell pellets). Malt is however stronger in aroma, melanoidins are leading. Its like smelling a well baked bread, mayby even dark bread. Its something fruity there however.
Taste: There is pronounced maltiness there: toasty, grainy. Beer seems to be kind of sweet (but in aftertaste). Malt composes well with bitternes which is low-moderate to moderate I suppose. This bitterness leads to dry afterteaste and lasts for a moment with maltiness.
Mouthfeel: Its somehow creamy (I imagined strong bitter to have body like that), bitterness is low-moderate to moderate, carbonation is very low. Nothing to complain about.
Overall: I don't know much about bitters, but from reading descriptions of style I would think that strong bitter schould be something like this. Its very tasty, have some complexity (what stands well with "extra specialty" printed on the can) and balance that I heard that bitters have. Deffinetataly would try that again.
