Straw yellow colour, slightly iridescent. White, finely bubbled foam of enormous size. Long-lasting, intensely coats the glass.
Hoppy aroma, distinctly citrusy, gently acidic, with accents of citrus zest and floral notes. It "invites" you to try this beer. A light maltiness in the background.
Taste: here, as in the aroma, a hint of sourness, countered by an already more pronounced, zesty bitterness. The bitterness is moderately long, even though it is not too high, it gives character.
Medium saturation. Medium body. Smooth texture. Aftertaste medium-long sour, dry.
