This traditional lager was designed to celebrate the coming of harvest in Munich. The nutty, sweet malt character serves as a hearty base in this beer. The spicy yet elegant hop character balances the malt body and provides a sharp bitterness before a clean finish.

It's a smooth Marzen - Tried it from a Growler filled at Gremlin Growlers.
Very smooth, lots of foam and very dark and clear. I liked it, even though I prefer IPAs.

Appearance: Clear, brilliant copper color with fluffy off white head exhibiting good retention. Fast rising bubbles that subside after initial pour.
Aroma: Malt forward with bready and toasted malt.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Spicy hops, bready and toasted malt flavors. Restrained bitterness. Medium malt sweetness. 6.8% ABV mild; but noticeable.
Mouth feel: Medium bodied. Low carbonation. Finish is crisp, clean and dry, medium in length.
Overall: This is an excellent, well crafted Marzen style. It's a little high on the ABV scale, but the alcohol is not that noticeable. Checks all the boxes for the style. Medium bodied. Nice spicy notes from hops in the flavor profile. Bitterness is quite restrained, yet the beer is quite dry start to finish. Finish is dry, crisp and clean. Very inviting toward that second and third pint or mug. Definitely one of the better Marzens produced in Georgia and the Southeast US.

Poured from 16oz can into a mason jar with 1.5 fingers worth of thick head that lingers. Aromas of molasses, honey, and pumpkin bread. Slightly lighter mouthfeel than expected given the style and abv and I don’t love the finish, which is just slightly too dry/tangy? After a few good quaffs the initial imperfections subside and it’s enjoyable enough. Not my favorite festbier, but like so many other American versions, this one fall short of the German originals.
