Appearance: Hazy straw gold. Fluffy white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: Clove and banana.
Flavor: Clove. Low sweetness, restrained bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Drying. Short finish. Moderate carbonation. Light bodied.
Overall: One of the few Arches beers that seems a little off. It leans more clover in aroma and flavor than banana. It's quite drying, not soft and pillowy like most Hefe. Has a lighter mouthfeel. It's good but overall less of everything I like in German Hefe.

Great banana notes, one of the best Weisses I've had. Pours a nice creamy head with a hazy body. A very thick feeling weisse.

Hazy yellow, almost no head
Grapefruit, wheat, ester, funk, banana chips, clove, bubblegum
Clove dominates, a little lemon zest, bubblegum. Kinda watery
Lighter body than expected. Goes down very smooth mostly due to lack of flavor
Smells good but very little flavor. Very light and drinkable but not much character

Appearance: Pours a relatively clear, light yellow-hued body with a decently-sized, airy, white head.
Smell: A nose of soft flaxen wheat with a steely top note of clove and touch of chewed out gum with a plasticine quality.
Taste: A light, soft and softly sweet wheat taste that very quickly turns and juts towards sour-tasting cloves and that odd plasticine thing from the nose. It's more than irksome, friends, it's downright off-putting, and it holds through the whole ride, all the way beyond the equally sourish, clove-plastic finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: It's got those flavors you may be expected, even desiring of a weisse, the clove, the banana, that whole chewing gum deal and a wheat flavor, but it just feels oddly clunky and disjointed and misrepresented.
