Appearance: Slightly hazy, straw gold. Fluffy white head with good retention. High carbonation with fast rising bubbles.
Aroma: Hoppy with floral and berry like aroma. Sweet fruit.
Flavor: Very dry, low to moderate bitterness. Lemon & berry like notes.
Mouth-feel: Light bodied. Short, clean, dry snappy finish.
Overall: A different, unique beer for Arches. It lively with carbonation, floral in aroma with zesty lemon and sweet berry like notes. Bitterness is apparent, but not harsh - low to moderate. It is dry start to finish with a nice short, snappy clean finish. Well crafted.
