Hazy dark rust with pocked linen foam. 3.75
Tart boiled grain + caramel. 3.5
Bread crust and toffee then orange rind, some spice, and pine. 4
Slight aspirin linger.
Medium, oily, some chew. 4
Worty nose - low hops or bad storage; May 2018 expiry means this is old or - hopefully - shortdated. Surprisingly turns good on drinking, with the Christmas spice side of Cali hops, like SN Celebration, plus some real bitterness. Not a world beater, but better than Bullhouse QA has suggested so far. 3.75
