L: Murky, yellow/orange with a big, fluffy, bright white head. Sheets of attractive lacing.
S: Woody, earthy hops.
T: Distinct apricot flavour combines with the normal citrus. Slightly dank aftertaste (not unpleasant) and solid bitterness.
F: Medium body with a robust, waxy mouthfeel.
O: Idaho-7: I like this hop. Not too citrusy, not too piney. Verging on dank with an intriguing addition of apricot and kumquat. Excellent brew. Heaps of flavour, excellent mouthfeel, low ABV.
