16oz at brewery. Still using plastic cups (eye roll).
Light golden hue with white, slightly sticky head.
Bubble gum, resin, pineapple.
Pineapple, fruit cocktail, a little citrus. It is dry, finishing with a crisp citric bitterness.
Medium-light body, clean, medium-low carbonation that is softer than might be expected. Heavier carbonation wouldn’t be out of place.
In my experience this is a better than average Brut IPA.
