Canned 1/13/18; drank 1/21/18 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange/yellow rust appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big white head; strong, frothy lace.
Lemon, grapefruit & cane sugar notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Grapefruit, lemon & cream flavors up front; a bracingly bitter finish.
Not sure they got the memo on what a "New England Style India Pale Ale" should taste like, but puckering bitterness is a bad look. Permanent pass.

This is a interesting NE Ipa. Not as hazy as others with the pour, but thus is an amazing N/E ipa . Creamy texture and juicy. A must buy , if you see it grab it.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a bottle on June 24, 2017. Bottled 6/14/17. Look is not nearly as cloudy or hazy as I was expecting. This is decent but nothing special. Tasted again in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on January 28, 2017. Still lacks the haze of a true NEIPA but this version smells and tastes better than what I had previously.

Draft at Consume, served in a tulip glass.
Light saturated orange, somewhat hazy, drippy lace around the edges of the glass.
Citrus rind aroma, grapefruit zest, fresh and yeasty.
Taste is moderately bitter, citrusy grapefruit and orange peel notes. Creamy feel, light bodied and very refreshing.
First beer i've had from these guys and it's good. I also heard it's their new brewer's first beer.
