Appearance - Pours a golden honey tone with one or two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - Sweet apricot/peach, bready/grainy wheat malts, leafy hops, hints of lemon and orange peel, honey.
Taste - Bready and grainy wheat, followed by sweetness of apricots and bitterness of the leafy hops.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Crisp finish.
Overall - An apricot blonde (or "North American-style Weizen") with a nice apricot flavour that isn't too sweet or artificial and let's the wheat malts have a go.
