The appearance is a slightly foggy yellow color under a modest but mostly lasting white head.
Check out those aromas. They promise lemongrass and ginger and those two sensations are front and center on the nose. A finer wheat grain sweetness below that and some herbs along the lines of coriander and allspice.
Light-medium smooth mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet with an immense blast of ginger and lemongrass and a milder herbal finish. It is a witbier so many of those character exist but they are lower profile.
