Small batch Baltic Porter aged in Chocorua Straight Rye whiskey barrels from Tamworth Distilling. Solid black color, not much head. Nice whiskey notes in the nose, but very little oak. The whiskey notes are present and smooth in the taste, with no trace of heat. Easy mouthfeel that is not syrupy or over carbonated. Not an earth-shattering beer, but a very enjoyable barrel-aged Baltic Porter. Cheers!
