Appearance: gold in color, minimal head, clear, moderate carbonation
Smell: citrus hops and grass
Taste: citrus and pine hops, grass, and light toasted malt
Mouthfeel: medium-light bodied, moderate carbonation, slightly sweet start with a bitter middle and increasinly more bitter finish.
Drinkability:The waiter described this as a hopped up version of their pilsner. Not having had their pilsner, I cannot compare to that. That said, the waiter was spot on, it was a more hoppy pils. Innovative and tasty, I could sip on a couple, but not my favorite from the weekend.
