Moat Mountain's Japanese-Style Rice Lager is a light-bodied, crisp, refreshing lager, brewed primarily with malted barley and a substantial amount of high-quality jasmine rice. Low bitterness, a delicate flavor profile and a dry finish make this a very drinkable beer.

Pours a clear pale straw color with a monstrous creamy white head. Good retention. Leaves a halo of lacing along the glass.
Aromas of baked bread, lime zest, grass, and herbal hops.
Flavor has notes of lemon-lime, bread, cereal grains, grass, and mild hop spiciness.
Light bodied with good carbonation. Crisp and exceptionally smooth with a dry finish.
Overall, an extremely crushable lager with plenty of flavor and balance.
