Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is a hazy, orange-copper coloring with a filmy, thin, off-white head. The nose is citrus and grainy, with a dry hop presence. The flavors are a blast of grain and wet hops, with a peppery and tangy balance. Rich and dry at the same time. The aftertaste is hoppy and slightly bitter, with a clean, slightly dry finish. Very good brew.
