Deep hazy and cloudy dark gold color with moderate activity. Thick foamy and frothy beige 4 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with generous legs and a good swirl reaction. Flavors of pineapples, orange, grapefruits, caramel, butter, wheat, wild yeast, and herbal hops. Slick and oily medium body with a moderate crisp. Medium to strong strength finish, moderate maillard feel with tropical and leafy hops. A bit dry hopped with a German like hoppy feel. Soft straw and barnyard effect. Probably a bit of brett yeast in there with all that powerful reaction and boosting a highly refreshing sensation. Overall very good quality craft.
