Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with an off-white large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized sugar notes with some oak and light rum notes is quite pleasant and warming. Taste is a good mix of caramelized malt with some light oak and rum notes with some light residuals sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation with no real apparent alcohol notes. Nice balanced beers that sips very well.
