A: The beer is somewhat hazy pale yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of passion fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, although the passion fruit isn't nearly as prominent because there are underlying notes of hops and associated bitterness.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a slight amount of tartness.
O: This blonde ale is exceptionally easy to drink and could make for a good selection on a hot summer day.

Delightful wheat beer. Slightly sour. Very smooth.
