Bells Beach, the icon of our Surfcoast and an absolute belter of a wave. You're sure to be thristy as anything after a surf at Bells and this smashing session ale will certainly cure that thirst. Simplicity is the key to this beer, but at no cost to flavour and drinkability. Enjoy
Mid-strength session ale at it’s finest. Full flavoured, despite its low alcohol content with Magnum and Wai-iti hops delivering a clean bitterness with just a hint of melon.

Purchased at Liquorland Waurn Ponds in November 2023 and drunk a couple of weeks later.
L: Golden, with a thin white head. Vast amounts of carbonation fly up the glass.
S: Peach and limey citrus over a clean malt body.
T: Doesn't quite match the nose, with a thin, soda quality to the taste overriding the mild citrusy hops that can be detected. The malt body is very clean but is also overwhelmed by the soda note. The beer finishes dry with mild bitterness lingering.
M: Carbonation and prickle is mild and the body is on the thin side.
O: This beer feels like that last bit of effort to drop the ABV to a very sessionable 3% has stripped it of the body and flavour needed to make me want actually to spend a session on this session ale. Still streets ahead of the macro session options, but not up to the better craft ones.
Cheers!
