Notes: "Wheat Ale" at 4.3% ABV with 12 IBUs. Just slightly hazy golden body beneath a bright white head that drops immediately and leaves very little lacing (glassware?). The aroma is malty, grainy, and wheaty with a light touch of spicy, grassy hops. The flavor follows with the addition of some yeasty fruitiness that includes apple and pear. The limited bitterness leads to a semi-dry finish as the malt erodes, but it's not sweet or sticky.
