Went to the brewery this past weekend with my buddy and we each got a flight of different brews. The bar tender poured this and upon first smell (and subsequent sip), I knew I would be drinking it all day and dreaming about it when drinking other beers. It is a New England style IPA and fits nicely into the category.
a - cloudy light golden yellow.
s - boom - pine forest. Citrus, tropical fruit, everything you would expect in the style. No malts, just hops here...
t - not very bitter at all. Nose matches the taste which is appropriate.
m - can't remember too much about the mouthfeel, but i remember that we went to 2 other breweries and sampled 20+ other beers and none of them came close to this. it covered the mouth and was very base.
o- Awesome. Bravo. After drinking numerous NEIPAs this summer, it fits right nicely in the top tier.
Please can this Rip Rap. I will buy the crap out of it if you do...

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
