16 ounce can, no dating that I was able to find on the can or label. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a Three Tigers pint glass, the beer pours a clear brownish/copper color with not quite an inch tan head that stayed around for a while. Decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like bready malt, toffee, chocolate and some caramel. For the most part the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some earthiness in the finish. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and creamy with a good amount of soft carbonation. I thought this was a decent enough brew, worth a try if you get the chance!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid brwon ale pours a medium
red tinged brown color with a moderate head of khaki foam that settles to
a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and displays some nice lacing. Nose of
toasted malts, subtle bread crust, and light brown sugars. Flavors surpass the
nose with caramel, bread crust, toasted malts, subtle chocolate, and faint coffee.
Mouth feel is medium, medium light carbonation, smooth, subtly creamy, and
finishing well balanced with a hint of bittering hops on the rear.
Overall, a brown ale is a treasure to most home brewers and a legacy from the
past. This one is VERY well presented!
Cheers
