Popped in here on our swing back to Boise. Open space, industrial feel, red and black theme. Server was fast and friendly. 10 taps, good food. Horrible beer.

what a wonderful little brewery this is, nice people, great beer, cool food, neat vibes, i really enjoyed my time here, and will definitely make a point to stop in here for a few whenever i am in this part of the state in the future! it kind of looks like an old firehouse, with some high garage doors, kind of uniquely laid out like maybe a fire truck parked in there or something. they have a bunch of shiny fermenters all lined up, a cozy bar and dining area, things looks clean and nice and new, very homey, and a nice selection of beers on. i had a classic northwestern ipa as well as a pretty solid german pils, both well executed, seems like the brewer has it pretty well dialed in. the rest of the list covered plenty of ground too. the food looked really good as well, better than normal pub food for sure, but i didnt eat while i was in. the service was good too, prompt and humble, but informative too, did a good job with a pretty busy bar. the place is mellow and comfortable, somewhat unique as a taproom space, and the beer is very good, ahead of the curve for sure. their website says they franchise this out, but so far it seems like there are only two spots, both in idaho. a weird concept for craft beer i reckon, but whatever, this place is cool. i really liked it here, and the beer stood out among the others in town, recommended!
