Poured from crowler into glass. Fill date marked on label as 'Sep 27, 2018',
Dark brown colored body with brown back lit highlights. Firm khaki colored head that sticks around. Leaves behind some sheets of lacing.
Aroma of roasted malts, milk chocolate, and a touch of peanut butter.
Taste has much more of the peanut butter than in the aroma. Taste also has the roasted malts and chocolate. Quite sweet overall, with no bitterness.
Fuller, creamy mouth feel. Okay carbonation.
For me the beer is too sweet, but does express good flavors of chocolate and peanut butter. Certainly a one and done per session.
